Last Best Plates: Rock and rollin’ at Bread Zepp. Keeping with their rock and roll-themed business, every pizza is named after a song… I opted for ‘Heartbreaker’, a pad Thai pizza with mozzarella cheese, chicken, mushrooms and red peppers, all topped with chopped peanuts and green onions and finally drizzled with Thai peanut sauce. In a word — delicious! The crust was thin and crunchy — my preference with pizza.”

The bread has just the right combo or crisp outside/soft inside, the brownies are soft inside, creamy, smooth and have chunks of chocolate in them…the special this week was tangy with some heat (sauce), savory (mushrooms, chicken and toasted sesame seeds), salty (bacon) and a little tart (pepperoncini), and the crust was just right! Love having them in Sheridan.”
